Golden Stallion Synthetic Blend High Mileage SAE 10W-40 Motor Oil meets or exceeds American Petroleum Institute (API) SP service classification and is compatible with all prior API categories. It has been field tested to be comparable to most American, Asian and European manufacturers’ standards including MB 229.3, RN 0710/0700, VW 502.00 / 505.00, and many other OEM’s specifications where a synthetic blend API SP motor oil is recommended.
